TERMS OF SERVICE!
please read everything before commissioning me!
🌸RiGHT TO REFUSE ! i reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. i will only accept work i am confident i can deliver on. i do not work with minors.
🌸SAViNG + FiLES ! please remember to save all files related to your commission, there is no guarantee i can recover them later. a psd file with the combined layers will always be provided with a vtuber model. uncombined psd files and cmo3 files can be provided upon request.
🌸PAYMENT ! i do not accept payment until i am ready to start your commission. all payment will be settled through paypal or ko-fi. emotes payment is expected in full upfront. live2d rigging can be paid in two payments. model art and rigging can be paid in three payments.
🌸CHANGES + ADJUSTMENTS ! i allow unlimited changes during the sketch phase of every commission. you may ask for changes and adjustments after this phase but it may cost extra if the changes are large enough. any change i bring up first (i.e. "i think i will actually change x" after sending wip) you will not be charged for. any adjustments made after completion and/or delivery will cost extra.
🌸AiART + NFTs ! my art will not be associated with AI or NFTs whatsoever. i will not accept any commissions related to crypto or artificial intelligence. i will not accept crypto as a form of payment.
🌸COMMERCiAL USE ! all of my emote, model, and live2d commissions come with commercial rights for use online (i.e. streaming, twitch rewards, branding, etc.). anything that will be printed and sold will require a 50% fee. you may come back to ask for commercial printing rights, the fee will be 50% of what you paid at time of commission.
🌸REFUNDS ! i do not accept payment until the commission is ready to be worked on. after the first payment, you are only eligible to receive a partial refund based on where i am in the commission process. i do not do refunds after the commission has been completed and/or delivered.
🌸CREDiT ! i must be credited in an easy to access place for any and all emotes / models / rigs. please credit my twitch (YuriUeharaVT), twitter (YuriUeharaVT), or toyhou.se (glassesprotag). this credit can be in a profile bio, carrd, or anything similar.
🌸WiLL NOT DRAW ! i do not draw anything i deem against my morals. my art will not include homophobia, sexism, sexualized minors, lolis/shotas, anti-semitism, etc. my skills do not include detailed mecha or heavy armor and will not accept these commissions. i will not draw in another artist's style.
